The following Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of www.payparc.com (hereinafter referred to as WEBSITE) property of PAYPARC GLOBAL SOLUTIONS S.L., (hereinafter referred to as PAYPARC).

In this second case, for accesses within the professional sphere of the user, the jurisdiction of the Courts of Palma de Mallorca will be exclusive.
