The following Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of www.payparc.com (hereinafter referred to as WEBSITE) property of PAYPARC GLOBAL SOLUTIONS S.L., (hereinafter referred to as PAYPARC).
The user is strongly recommended to read and keep a copy of these general conditions, since they may have changed since the user last accessed them, and in any case if it takes more than fifteen days from the last access.

The notice shall be given through a pop up window, which will open when accessing the page or alternative notification will be given to the USER prior to the modification or cancellation.
PAYPARC reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the WEBSITE and / or services at any time without notice to USERS who violate these General Terms and Conditions.
The USER declares to have read, understood and accept the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Conditions of the WEBSITE.
In the event that any clause of this document is annulled or is rendered ineffective for any reason, the other clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the purpose of the WEBSITE and these conditions.

These conditions will be subject to Spanish law. The courts of the USER's domicile will be competent to hear of any litigation arising from these conditions, provided that he is in his condition as a consumer and is not accessed for any other purpose. In this second case, for accesses within the professional sphere of the user, the jurisdiction of the Courts of Palma de Mallorca will be exclusive.
